Tim is a solicitor in the Commercial Property department. Tim has experience of acting for both corporate and individual clients across a variety of asset classes, including retail units, offices, industrial units, agricultural land, renewable energy, mines and minerals and residential.
Tim advises clients on all aspects of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and secured lending.
Tim qualified as a solicitor in March 2024 and joined the firm in August 2025.
Prior to training as a solicitor, Tim worked as a mergers and acquisitions researcher advising business owners operating in a diverse range of sectors looking to sell or secure investment in their business.
