Lauren is part of the Company and Commercial Team and has considerable experience in Property Law specialising in both freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
Lauren joined Talbot Walker LLP in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm Lauren completed her law degree at the University of Reading followed by the Legal Practice Course and a Masters of Law from the University of Law.
Lauren qualified as a Solicitor in July 2023 and since starting at Talbot Walker, has built up an excellent rapport with local Estate Agents. Lauren takes pride in her ability to spot and deal with any potential issues whilst ensuring to maintain a client-focused approach to her conveyancing matters, something which is reflected by her many 5* Google reviews.
Outside of work Lauren enjoys kayaking, exploring and socialising.
