Rob is a Member in the Corporate, Commercial and Commercial Property department. He has experience acting for a wide range of clients, including investment groups, private wealth and manufacturing companies, across a broad range of industry sectors.
He advises clients on all aspects of commercial property, both contentious and non-contentious, including acquisitions and disposal of property, secured lending, residential development, landlord and tenant matters and investment and asset management.
Rob also advises on a wide range of commercial, transactional, constitutional and regulatory issues, in particular negotiating and advising on non-contentious commercial contracts and his corporate experience includes mergers and acquisitions, disposals, investments, corporate re-organisations and general corporate advisory work.
Rob joined the firm in 2015 as a legal assistant. He qualified as a Solicitor in August 2020.
Outside of work Robert enjoys martial arts and swimming.
