Lauren joined Talbot Walker LLP in 2012 as a Legal Secretary having completed a law degree at the University of Winchester. After completing the Legal Practice Course in 2014, Lauren returned to the firm to complete her Training Contract and is now a qualified Solicitor in the firm’s Private Client Department. She specialises in providing advice to elderly and vulnerable persons as well as their families and carers. She specifically advises clients concerning the preparation of Wills, Lifetime Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Trust Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Registrations of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputy Applications. Lauren is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), an Associate Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and a member of the Law Society’s Private Client Section.
In addition, Lauren also assists the firm’s Family Law Department and advises clients concerning Divorce, Financial Relief and Children applications.
Her experience in both Private Client and Family Law enable her to offer the best possible service to her clients at what is unfortunately often a very emotional and stressful time of their lives.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys pottering in her garden, walking her dog and baking.
